Naka Liquid Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us") has established this "privacy policy" regarding the handling of business information that enables the identification of specific individuals (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), and makes every effort to protect such personal information.

We acquire personal information by lawful and fair means.

We use personal information obtained from customers for the following purposes and scopes unless individually stated otherwise, provided, however, that, in cases where customers present personal information in interviews, exchange name cards, etc. with our personnel, we may omit presentation of use purposes.

2. Handling requests from customers and fulfilling contract obligations between customers and us

4. Conducting investigations and analyses for improving the quality of products and services

In cases that fall under the legally stipulated category of "protection of body, life, and property and cooperation with public authorities, etc.", we may obtain and use personal information outside the purposes and scopes mentioned above.

We appoint an administrator of personal information to take appropriate preventive and corrective measures against the improper use, loss, destruction, manipulation or leak of personal information. Also, we provide education and training with regards to our "privacy policy" to all employees to conduct appropriate management of personal information.

If we are requested to disclose, correct, suspend, etc. personal information by an individual, we will response to such request upon confirming the individual as the person in question.

We comply with laws, regulations and other rules concerning the protection of personal information and continually review the contents of this privacy policy for improvement purposes.
